The Brief

We collaborated with Sobha Realty a luxury real estate developer to curate a one-of-a-kind brand identity for their luxury villa development.

Back Story

The villas are immersed in a leafy green metropolis in Dubai offering modern and decadent private-living. The development is in an unique juxtaposition to vibrant Dubai Downtown which provides a contrasting backdrop to the rich forest development.

Our Answer

We designed luxury packaging for the new residents with conceptually strong and visually engaging curated items that reflected the development aesthetic through touch and smell. The handover gift box featured curated items including seeds of the forest, custom made perfume, and marketing collateral - gift cards which would be handed to relatives and close friends. The handover boxes marked the transition of the residents who were starting their new journey in an awe-inspiring community.
